Until you have been there, {hopefully on the right end,} an "Itch" developes on the forefinger of your "shooting hand." GOD GAVE LIFE, do we have the right to take it away? This IS NOT AN ARGUMENT IF IT IS YOUR JOB......

In Korea during the war we used an M1 Garand Rifle, "tightened up," all parts lubricated, no noise when the weapon was "shook," a SPECIAL scope attached to the breech mechanism. For those of you who know about firing a weapon, you "squeeze" the trigger. When "sniping," you caress the trigger WHILE squeezing.
We had an "Older Master Sergeant," WWII veteran, who used an A1F1 Springfield bolt action to fire. WHEN HE DID FIRE, THE NOISE WAS DEAFENING! He had to roll over several times, THEN run like the wind! Why? On the "other side, we usually heard a "ahhhh" after the M/sgt fired. THE ENEMY had snipers also and the noise of the person hit PLUS the noise of the Rifle made the enemy snipers REALLY look. Some of them were good shots also.....
BOTTOM LINE: We always saw that "Old M/Sgt," at Church Call, be it in a tent shot full of holes or just in a ditch. Funny, I remember he was short, thin and smoked a small REAL corn cob pipe... He believed in God; Strange? ---- No.----

GOD TAKES, AND GOD GIVES, just can't feel guilty if you are "in the right?"
peace?
