The Pastor is giving thanks for what LOOKS LIKE rice and "mush" with some of the Kids/Refugees the Church cares for. QUITE OBVIOUSLY the Pastor needs some "bucks$$," to put real food on those simple plates instead of what WE would would call "SLOP" we feed PIGS with....

SEVERAL RATHER SOBERING POINTS TO CONSIDER

1. The ECONOMY STINKS, {pardon the expression,} but IT DOES! People HERE in the USA need financial assistance AS MUCH as the Church in India!

2. IS CHRISTIANITY ALIVE AND WELL? - I wonder. BRIEFLY, I, J.C. Lettow, was 12 years old during the "Great Depression," yet I STILL remember SOUP LINES, CHURCHES HELPING those less fortunate, like a Catholic Priest fondly known as "Father Joe" {actually a Monsigneur,) does in San Diego CA,USA, TODAY!

3. GREED got us into this mess of an economy, Million dollar bonuses, and as a cartoon said today, The CEO was telling a board meeting "looks like we will have to WORK for our Million dollar bonus checks, this economy is BAD.

Accross the world, NOT ALL HAVE HAD THEIR FUNDS DEPLETED! Many Christian Churches are still SOUND, BUT IS THEIR FAITH IN THE GOD THAT INSTRUCTED THEM TO SHARE STILL SOUND? How about individuals who could spare some "Bucks?" - SOMEWHAT INTERESTING...

Have WE, {The USA.} as a LEADING NATION, those who believe in GOD, other countries who share a Christian belief mechanism, ALL succomed to the notion, "I GOT MINE, HOW YOU DO'IN??

Jesus Praying for US ALL!

IS THIS WHAT HE DIED FOR? I do NOT think so. GREED, inability to GIVE, {HE {HE GAVE HIS LIFE.}

O.K., let's close it off, as some has struck a "chord," some has had NO EFFECT, and, some people just can't give due to THIER OWN LACK OF MONEY! I might add that the latter group, who WANT to give, PRAY and PRAY HARD!
